What Size Should I Order?

Our mission to curate gorgeous coveted pieces with a nice loose boho-chic loose fit. Our sizing is either a nice loose flattering fit or true to size. Our team creates  lookbooks and videos to help you with more outfit views for sizing and looks too. We make note in the product descriptions for you to reference or you can email us for any other inquiries at info@laceandenvy.ca.

 

What If I Need To Change Or Add To My Order?

Once you your order is processed our team is working hard to fulfill them so please contact as soon as possible if you would like to add to your order and we will do our best to try to make that happen. We cannot cancel an order once it is placed, we can only offer store credit if it hasn't been filled yet.

What Does It Mean If My Order Says Unfulfilled?

This means we are working on your order and we will change status to fulfilled as soon as is is shipped out or ready for in-store pick up.

When Will My Order Ship?

Please allow 48-72 business hours for our team to package your order and ship out. During business times it can be closer to 72 hours.

How Long Does It Take To Ship and What Is The Cost?

Ontario Shipments:

All our shipments are shipped through Canada Post with tracking and can take 2-4 business days within Ontario once they leave our Burlington warehouse. Free shipping over $100 in Ontario on new purchases and only $12 for all orders under $100.

Other Provinces:

All our shipments are shipped through Canada Post with tracking and can take 5-10 business days to provinces outside of Ontario once they leave our Burlington warehouse. Free shipping over $120 before taxes in all provinces outside Ontario for all new purchases and only $20 for all orders under $120.

How Do I Take Care Of My Garments?

We strongly recommend you follow the care instructions on your garment. Those care instructions are recommend to keep your items in awesome condition. If follow care instructions are not followed unfortunately we cannot provide store credits or discounts if anything happens to your items from improper care.. 

What If I Love Pieces But They Are Sold Out?

Our goal is to constantly restock all of the amazing best sellers for our beauties so definitely sign up for restocks on the product page by providing your email. Once we restock, we will contact you by email so you don't miss out.

How Do I Buy Gift Certificates?

Gift certificates always make great gifts. You can buy gift cards online through the shop online menu and gift certificates tab. 

What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

Unfortunately once a package has been deemed as delivered by Canada Post and you did not receive it, you would need to contact Canada Post directly for them to start an investigation as we cannot be responsible for theft or missing packages from consumer's property.

What if I don't Love A Piece I Received Or It doesn't Fit Well?

We have a 7 day exchange day policy on all regular price items.The item would need to be delivered to us before the 7 days is up to be eligible. All items must be in brand new condition. Each new purchase is only eligible for one return because we cannot do a return on a return as a small business.   If you have any questions on sizing, you can contact us for help on fit etc. 

 

What if I paid for Shipping and add on another order that totals over $100 for free shipping?

Unfortunately, we receive many orders a day and do tons of merging orders so at this time we can no longer reimburse shipping fees if you combine orders. If you want to add on items for free shipping, we recommend you click on in-store pick up and ask us to hold to add on for free shipping in the comments.
