What If I Need To Change Or Add To My Order?
Once you your order is processed our team is working hard to fulfill them so please contact as soon as possible if you would like to add to your order and we will do our best to try to make that happen.
What Does It Mean If My Order Says Unfulfilled?
This means we are working on your order and we will change status to fulfilled as soon as is is shipped out or ready for in-store pick up.
When Will My Order Ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours for our team to package your order and ship out. During business times it can be closer to 48 hours.
How Long Does It Take To Ship?
All our shipments are shipped through Canada Post with tracking and can take 2-4 days once they leave our Burlington warehouse. Free shipping over $100 in Ontario and only $10 for all orders under $100.
How Do I Select In-Store Pick Up?
You can select 7 day in-store pick up at checkout to save on shipping and come by our Burlington store to pick up within 7 days. Store hours are updated weekly on our store location page.
What If I Want To Try Pieces On Instead Of Buying Online?
For Sure! We have our flagship store in Burlington that is opened 5-6 days a week and hours are updated weekly on our store location page.
What If I Love Pieces But They Are Sold Out?
Our goal is to constantly restock all of the amazing best sellers for our beauties so definitely sign up for restocks on the product page by providing your email. Once we restock, we will contact you by email so you don't miss out.
How Do I Buy Gift Certificates?
Gift certificates always make great gifts. You can buy gift cards online through the shop online menu and gift certificates tab.
What if I don't Love A Piece I Received Or It doesn't Fit Well?
We want you to love all your pieces and we understand that it doesn't always work out so we have the policy for you below:
Our return policy is 7 days from the date of purchase for an in store exchange or store credit for all in-store purchases or 7 days from the date you receive the items for all orders shipped out.
