Black Dressy Off The Shoulder Dress. This dressy silky style off the shoulder dress is perfect for brighter days and any backyard BBQ or home date night. It features a nice ruffle off the shoulder look and pockets which is awesome on a dress. It is a nice longer length so would probably have to hem it at 5”4 or wear a high heel but great if you are over that too.
